Alter the stream/lake to construct the Rhodes Crossing Project, consisting of 112 single-family residences, 624 multi-family residences, 273,855 square feet of self storage, 257,200 square feet of mixed commercial development, and 24.7 acres of open space on approximately 88.3 acres of the 147-acre site. The proposed project will result in grading and fill in the streambed, and installation of rip-rap for dissipation at drainage outfalls.
