Document Description
The proposed Tessier Work/Live Project consists of renovating and converting four vacant structures in the downtown area of the City of Ontario into Work/Live Lofts. However, the EIR generally analyzes the potential of locating similar work/live lofts in the area by Holt Boulevard to the north, Euclid Avenue to the east, Union Pacific right-of-way to the south, and Vine Avenue to the west.
