Document Description
The Ontario Redevelopment Agency and Arteco Partners propose the renovation of four properties located in the southwest district of Downtown Ontario. These properties would be fully restored and renovated into work/live rental units supporting a mix of uses including lofts, creative arts studios, galleries and commercial uses. The immediate development project site consists of four buildings that are mostly vacant.
