Document Description
The Ontario Redevelopment Agency and Arteco Partners propose the renovation of four properties located in the southwest district of Downtown Ontario. These properties would be fully restored and renovated into work/live rental units supporting a mix of uses including lofts, creative arts studios, galleries and commercial uses. The immediate development project site consists of four buildings that are mostly vacant. Entitlements for the proposed project include: 1) A Development/Disposition Agreement; 2) a Change of Zone from M-1 to C-2; 3) A Development Code Amendment to provide for the proposed use of land; and 4) A Conditional Use Permit for the proposed project.
