Document Description
The proposed project is a request to allow the continued operation of a 24 hour child care facility for 58 children. The existing 1,740 s.f. single family residence will be converted into a child care facility which will also be extended by 1,440 s.f. The facility will have 8 parking spaces, a circular drop off/ pickup driveway, a proposed patio, and a 5,136 s.f. play area that will be surrounded by a 4' high chain link fence.
