Document Description
Construction and operation of a 105,000 square foot transfer station/material recovery facility (MRF) building with an attached 3,600 square foot office; Increase the incoming daily tonnage from 2,100 tons per day (tpd) to 7,100 tpd; The transfer station/MRF will have a design capacity of 5,000 tpd of incoming material with no more than 4,000 tpd of municipal solid waste and the existing green waste and wood waste material receiving area will remain at a maximum of 2,100 tpd; Increase the permitted transfer station footprint from 16 acres to 28.5 acres; Include material processing and operations of 24 hours per day within the enclosed transfer station/MRF; and Incorporate the updated Transfer Processing Report.
