The project applicant, B.R.E. Properties, Inc. proposes to develop a 460-unit luxury apartment complex on 11.52 acres on the former Cindedome movie theater site at 3001 Chapman Avenue in the City of Orange. The proposed complex would offer apartments ranging from a junior one bedroom at 600 square feet to a two bedroom/two bathroom unit with a minimum of 1,050 square feet.
