Document Description
Program strategy includes diversion of low flow stormwater to the sanitary sewer. This is accomplished by installing "Continuous Deflective Separation" (CDS) filtration units within stormwater conduits before the outlets reach the beaches. They divert and filter course debris, trash, and medium to fine sediments during low flows into an adjacent sanitary sewer for the benefit of water flow and quality.
