Document Description
Existing access roads and transmission right-of-way associated with Towers 310 to 320 require rehabilitation and maintenance to continue and provide adequate access to and reliability of the COTP. Proposed maintenance activities would include regrading of the existing access roads, the installation of water bars along the existing roads, the rehabilitation of erosional areas along existing access roads, and the removal of vegetation with mechanical or manual equipment. The purpose and need for these maintenance activities is to allow access to the towers for routine operation and maintenance and also for all-weather access for emergency operation activities.
