Document Description
The project proposes to remove an existing diversion from Battle Creek and to fill an existing man-made pond. The pond will be filled and leveled using dirt which was removed when the pond was constructed. The diversion culvert from, and return culvert to, Battle Creek will be removed and the area filled and leveled to original grade. Project will also place rip-rap along an area of Battle Creek to prevent erosion. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees as a result of this project.
