Document Description
The Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), San Francisco Bay Region issued a Cleanup and Abatement Order (CAO No. R2-2002-0074) to Napa State Hospital on June 28, 2002 for discharge of diesel fuel into groundwater and a storm drain channel on the Napa State Hospital facility. The project involves replacement of a culvert after excavation and removal of contaminated soil from the affected channel. The remaining soil is non-defect for diesel.
