Document Description
This is an amendment to a Water Quality Certification and Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for maintenance dredging as part of the Port of San Francisco's berth maintenance program. The amendment is being issued to incorporate new sediment testing and pre-dredge survey inofrmation that increases the overall project volume from approximately 215,200 cubic yards to 269,774 cubic yards, to a project depths varying from -35.0 feet mean lower low water to -40 feet mean lower low water, with a 2-foot overdredge allowance, with disposal of the dredged sediments at teh Alcatraz Dredged Material Disposal Site (SF-11) in San Francisco Bay.
