Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to lease approximately 63,000 square feet of administrative office space in an existing unoccupied office building. The office space is necessary to provide swing space during the construction phase of a new District Office building (staff are currently located on the construction site). The building would house approximately 251 staff. The approximate number of visitors/clients seen weekly is 200. An estimated amount of 261 parking spaces are available and public transit is available within 1/4 mile of the site.
