Document Description
The applicant proposes to divert stormwater runoff from an ephemeral drainage area into an existing, earthen, onstream-reservoir (Pond) that was created by a previous owner. The applicant currently holds water rights Permit #20412 (Application #29250) for the storage of 36AFA into the same Pond. Based upon inspection of the site by Division staff, it was determined that the Pond was actually capable of storing 49.5AFA. Therefore, the applicant was required to submit this application (#31193) for the additional 13.5AFA of available water storage.
