Document Description
Stockpile material removed by Richmond American Homes, Inc. as they construct the Rock 8 subdivision and widen Sierra College Boulevard adn create a stockpile for the material for use in the reconstruction of the Interstate 80 / Sierra College Blvd. freeway interchange. This project will minimize the haul distances necessary to remove the excess material form the Rock 8 subdivision project thereby reducing vehicle emissions and air quality impacts associated with the Rock 8 subdivision project and the widening of Sierra College Blvd.
