Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to perform vegetation maintenance and the removal of other fire hazards at locations along Washington Street and Borel Road to the west and southwest of the Skinner Plant. Mowers and hand-held tools will be used to clear vegetation adjacent to public roads and along Tucaloca Creek. Metropolitan also proposes to perform vegetation maintenance at Diamond Valley Lake in the vicinity of the West Dam and North Hills. The maintenance will consist of hand clearing four to six-foot swaths of vegetation to allow Metropolitan to monitor dam seepage.
