Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to prune approximately 105 trees using saws and chain saws at the Robert A. Skinner Filtration Plant in the community of Winchester and the Red Mountain Power Plant in the city of Fallbrook. Approximately 95 percent of the trees are located at the Robert A. Skinner Filtration Plant.
