The Hazardous Waste Facility Permit issued by DTSC references the Air Quality Management District requirements and is being altered to match these changed requirements. This action is taken to protect the environment by requiring the use of more efficient filters in the air pollution control devices, and the use of continuous monitoring devices to ensure proper operation of the bag house.
