Caltrans is selling a portion of right of way in which an adjoining property owner accidentally built a "carriage house" approximately 10 feet over the right of way line. The property is the slope beside the bridge crossing the Sacramento River, located at the southwest corner of the junction of Stagecoach Road and Dunsmuir Avenue in the City of Dunsmuir.
