Installation of a 40-foot long section of 24'inch diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert. Approximately 1,500 square feet of area will be disturbed, and a 3.5 cubic yards of rip-rap will be placed. Native species endemic to the area will be planted on all exposed soils. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0274 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
