Restrict motorized vehicle access at unimproved areas in Beals Point at Folsom Lake State Recreation Area during times of low lake water levels (425 feet or below). Place signs at various locations advising public of vehicular restriction. Project protects cultural and natural resources under the authority of California Public Resoruces code (Section 5003 and 5008) and California Code of Regulations (Section 4327).
