Document Description
The operator proposes to install a temporary bridge across Van Ness Creek located at the Livermore / Montesol Ranch at 5500 Lake County Highway, Calistoga, Napa County, to evaluate a spring for future development. A track mounted, air rotary drill rig and support vehicles will need to cross the creek to install an observation boring upgradiant from the spring. The temporary bridge will be built by placing 2 steel "I" beams across the creek, and burying them into the bank on either side. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0875 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
