The project includes the renovation of the 35,000-sq ft Field House, and the addition to the Field House of an approximately 9,800-sq ft fitness center, and related site improvements. Approximately 6,000 sq ft of enclosed building footprint will be added to accommodate the improvements. The project site is already developed with the Field House, walkways, and a small landscaped area.
