Re-contour to restore natural drainage patterns. -Construct 4.8 miles of new trail at 5-10% grade to accomodate the average park user. -Convert .5 miles of road to trail. -Design and install interpretive signs to inform visitors of area's history and safety issues related to rail use and resource protection.
