Document Description
The Proposed Project is located on an approximately 55-acre project site in an unincorporated area of Placer County, north of the City of Lincoln. The project proposes to annex this site into the City of Lincoln for development. The project site includes an approximately 48-acre site to be developed with residential uses, and an additional approximate seven acres that would retain its current use, but would be included in the proposed annexation. Development of the Proposed Project would result in the development of 196 single-family residential units and a 2.12-acre neighborhood park on the approximately 48-acre portion of the project site.
