Special Use Permit to allow surface continuation of surface mining operations, including: maintaining existing stockpile of overburden; existing storage and parking area and vehicular travel way; continued locating of propane tank and fuel containment facility; and reclamation of disturbed lands following discontinuance of mining operations; removal of propane tank and fuel facility; removal of overburden stockpile; and revegetation of disturbed areas on approximately 1.90 acres. The variance allows the reduction in the property line setback from 50 to 0 feet for an existing fuel containment facility and reduction from 50 to 5.85 feet for an existing mining processing building.
