Document Description

The subdivision will site the three existing residences and associated accessory buildings onto their own parcels. The project is consistent with the General Plan policies, including airport/land use compatibility. The project is consistent with zoning and subdivision requirements. The subdivision results in parcels that are larger than most parcels in the immediate vicinity, though still typical of the area.
