The project includes a new 320cfs pump station to replace an existing pump station at Marsten Road and Easton Creek, intake and slow transfer structures, and 60-to 66-inch diameter pipeline that will cross Highway 101, parallel Easton Creek, and discharge into Easton Creek at a location at least 100 feet from the San Francisco Bay shoreline (i.e., mean high tide).
