Document Description
The project involves the amendment of the Redevelopment Plan for Milpitas Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 to add territory within the Milpitas Midtown Area and to increase the tax increment and bond debt limits. Its overall goal is to alleviate blighting conditions in the Midtown Area and to continue alleviating blighting conditions in the existing Project Area No. 1.
