CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0266-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bill Gamlen / Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District.
Project is a single phase of the longer term non-motorized pathway project SMART will be building from Larkspur to Cloverdale. This phase includes an approx. 0.91 mile long section of a non-motorized pathway. The pathway will cross six drainage channel locations. This Agreement authorizes the construction of one bridge and the installation of 8 culverts.
