The Operator proposes to make railway improvements along approximately 2 miles of the right-of-way from downtown San Rafael between 3rd and 4th Streets (MP 16.93) to approximately 1,900 feet north of Civic Center Drive in San Rafael (MP 19.3) in Marin County. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0159-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District.
