Implementation of passenger rail service on existing NWP right-of-way and construction of ancillary bicycle/pedestrian pathway to provide alternative modes of transportation along Hwy. 101 corridor in Sonoma and Marin counties. Project would include 14 rail stations, passing sidings, rail maintenance facility, shuttle service at selected rail stations, and a combination of Class I & II bicycle/pedestrian pathway facilities connecting the rail stations.
