The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R2-2002-583, pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California Department of Transportation. Removal and replacement of three culverts on three unnamed tributaries to the North Fork Yuba River. The lead agency prepared a negative declaration for the replacement of culverts in 5 counties. The agreement and this notice pertain to only the project noted above.
