Document Description
Replacement of 570 linear feet of creek with a 48-inch culvert. The creek flows at the base of the water treatment plant's ponds. The bottom of the creek is bedrock, and there is no riparian corridor. The 48-inch culvert will be installed and covered with an appropriate amount of fill. The runoff from the proposed subdivision will be piped downstream, eventually ending up in McCoy Reservoir. The two proposed mitigations for the project are the creation of 0.17 acres of linear wetland acreage drainage swale within the 7.62-acre mitigation area or purchase of wetland credits in the North Suisun Mitigation Fund.
