The County is proposing to adopt General Plan Policies for the Murphys & Douglas Flat Community Plan to implement the recommendations contained within the Murhpys Circulation, Pedestrian Bicycling and Parking Study. The policies implement the recommendations but do not directly authorize any development. The plan looks at the need for transportation infrastructure to address the planned developing and transportation and alternate transportation needs of the community plan area (The plan area is located in Sections 3 through 10, 16 through 18 and the North Half of Sections 19 and 20, T3N, R14E, MDM).
