Both involve widening SR 32 southbound off-ramp and northbound on-ramp, widening East 1st Avenue, widening the northbound East 1st Avenue off-ramp and southbound on-ramp, and widening the Bidwell Park Viaduct and Palmetto Avenue Undercrossing structures.
