Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction and maintenance of a wireless telecommunications facility for cellular telephones located on and adjacent to an existing utility pole in the public right of way. The proposed facility consists of two panel antennas (25" x 5" x 4"), a small GPS antenna mounted on a 72" support arm, and two equipement cabinets (approximately 39" x 20" x 55" and 36" x 32" x 46") mounted on a concrete pad (approximately 122" x 44") located 18 feet from the utility pole.
