Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of rezone, General Plan Amendment, Re-zone, Preliminary Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Tract Map to construct a 20-unit Planned Unit Development of condominium on one existing parcel totaling 1.79 acres. The proposed housing development consists of two-story attached dwelling, units accommodated into five structures. The project proposes to change the general plan designation for the site to Multi-Family Residential. In addition, the project would change the general plan designations of the three legal non-conforming parcels south of the site from General Commercial to Residential, in accordance with the existing uses of the parcels.
