Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Site Development Plan/Special Use Permit to develop a 61,200-square foot commercial center on 8.1 acres to include five commercial buildings ranging from 3,200 to 20,000 square feet. Anticipated uses include a restaurant with a drive through, small commercial retail center, and three large commercial retail users. Project improvements include construction of access driveways, drainage and utilities, 280 parking spaces, retaining walls, landscaping, lighting, and associated site improvements. In addition, extensive site grading would be required resulting in approximately 217,000 cubic yards of export fill material. An existing power line, that traverses the eastern portion of the site from north to south, would be relocated.
