Document Description
The primary goal of the of the proposed project is to develop university education facilities that could provide SDSU with classrooms in the northeastern part of the County of Imperial. The proposed project would consist of the development of a five acre education facility, complete with an approximately 7,753 sq ft building and a parking area. The facility is anticipated to accommodate a full time equivalent enrollment (FTE) of up to 350. The building and parking area would occupy approximately 3.58 acres of the site. On the remainder of the five acre site septic tanks would be installed.
