Document Description
Wings Way would be constructed as a collector and would provide primary access to the proposed airport passenger terminal at Meadows Field. Construction would consist of a four-lane paved road with a raised median, curbs and gutters. A new intersection with traffic signals and turn lanes would be constructed at Seventh Standard Road and Wings Way. Seventh Standard Road would be widened at the intersection to provide for added turn lanes, however, no additional through travel lanes are proposed with this project. Existing utilities which would conflict with project design within the project area would be relocated.
