The City of Orange is proposing to develop a Yorba Park Conceptual Master Plan and construct improvements in conformance with that plan. Proposed improvements include replacement of an existing totlot; the demolition and replacement of an existing public restroom; the replacement of two existing softball fields; the addition of softball field lighting; the addition of a two-acre dog park; the expansion of the existing parking lot; and the installation of new passive recreation improvements including landscaping, benches, walkways.
