The site has be designated as Coastal Recreation Serving Tourist Commercial on San Clemente Land Use Element and Land Use Plan prescribed in the Coastal Element.
Document Description
The applicant, Alkapuri Associates, LLC, is proposing the adaptive reuse of the existing residential structure, which has been identified as a significant historical property, to construct eight condominium units in a single building. Project implementation will necessitate the approval of a Tentative Tract Map (TTM 16092). Conditional Use Permit (CUP 01-040), and a Cultural Heritage Permit (CHP 00-131) by the City of San Clemente. In addition, approval of a Coastal Development Permit (CDP) by the California Coastal Commission will also be required.
