Document Description
The City of Victorville, SCLA and Southern California Aviation are partnering in the expansion of an aircraft storage and maintenance area at SCLA. Reductions in air operations following the World Trade Center destruction has resulted in many airlines mothballing jet passenger airplanes. Approximately 150 acres of soil cement pavement will be installed with requisite support facilities. A General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, zone change and Site Plan approval will be required to permit the storage area to be constructed.
