Document Description
The proposed project is a series of construction activities to improve the 11.5 acre former Gothard Street Refuse Disposal Station. It involves importation of 16,200 cubic yards of clean soil for filling in of two existing pits and site regarding, removal of abandoned water and electric lines, slight on-site relocation of the existing gas flaring station, new grading to improve drainage, construction of sedimentation basins/storm drains, improvements of site access roads, construction of a 6-foot high block wall, upgrading the site fencing, hydroseeding and trimming of site trees.
