The proposed project is a watershed management plan, which provides a blueprint for a multi-purpose flood control program to solve the local flooding problem in the Sun Valley Watershed area while increasing conservation, recreational opportunities, and wildlife habitat, and reducing stormwater pollution. Implementation of the Watershed Management Plan will include construction of various stormwater facilities within the watershed, both small- and large-scale, including those for: retention and/or infiltratrion, conveyance, and distribution for reuse.
