The proposed project is a request to create a habitat restoration area which includes a retention basin, steeped waterfalls for energy dissipation, concrete meandering channel, concrete swales, and ripraps. In addition, applicant seeks an OTP to encroach upon 5 oak trees leaving 54 oak trees without any impacts. Applicant also seeks an IEC realignment that will be approximately 5.963 feet in total length and 100 feet in width with an estimated grading of 7.7 acres of riparian area.
