Document Description
General Plan Amendment No. 529 proposes to change the land use designation in the Southwest Area Community Plan from Residential 0.4 Dwelling Units Per Acre (0.4 DU/AC) to Residential 2-4 Dwelling units Per-Acre (2-4DU/AC). Change of Zone No. 6517 proposes to change the zoning from residential Agrucultural - 1 acres Minimum (R-A-1). Residential Agrucultural - 2 1/2 Acre Minimum(R-A-2 1/2), and Residential Agriculture-10 Acre Minimum (R-A-10) to Residential Agricultural (R-A) and One-Family Dwellings (R1-12,000) and (R-1-18,000), and Open Are Combining Zone- Residential Developments (R-5) and Tentative Tract Map NO. 29473, Amended No. 7 proposes a Schedule A subdivision of 84.34 Acres into 143 single family lots with a 12,000 square foot minimum, and one Open Space/Park/Detention Basin lot of 1503 Acres and one Open Space/Drainage lot of 1.96 Acrs. The proposed site is located south of Highway 79, east side of El Chimisal Road, north and south of Anza Road.
