Document Description
The Victor Elementary School District proposes to undertake the acquisition of approximately 6.79 acres located at the northwest corner of Cahuenga Road and Enramada Road, Assessor's Parcel number 395-244-15, for the purpose of constructing playfields adjacent to the Hopland Elementary School ("Project"). The Project contemplates construction of a grass play area organized and enclosed by fencing. There will not be any night light of the Project.
The Project will serve the needs of the Hopland Elementary School for recreational facilities, as well as the Victor Elementary School District and the community it serves. The purpose of the Project is to provide larger and expansive recreational facilites for the Hopland Elementary School students. Recreational sports activities and programs will be offered during the day for th Hopland Elementary School students, but the Project would be available for community use after school and on weekends.
