Document Description
The Brea Olinda Unified School District (District) proposes to develop an intermediate school and the City of Brea (City) proposes to develop a sports park on a 37.2-acre site located at the corner of Birch Street and Valencia Avenue directly adjacent to the corporate boundaries of the City of Brea. The District and City plan to purchase the site from the Unocal Land and Development Company. While the site would initially be acquired jointly by the two agencies, the City would take possession of the eastern 23 acres and the District would take possession of the western 13 acres.
